Meri-Lappi Institute and Luleå University of Technology invites You to participate in the final seminar of the Northern Environmental Technology, NET, project. The seminar starts at 12.00 (Swedish time) on the 21st of September (2005) and the location is Finska Folkshögskolan, at Haparanda (close to the city square). Among the topics of the seminar are:
- Results of NET and future actions
- Mobile waste treatment
- Special waste management
- Development of the environmental engineering market in the Northern Regions
- Organic waste management in (BOA)
- Development of environmental education in the region.
Presentations will be given in English by companies, organisations and universities from Finland and Sweden.
There will be time for discussion after the seminar.
